About the Role
As a Supplier Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving supplier-related quality matters. You ensure that deviations are handled effectively throughout the entire process, from root cause analysis to implementation and follow-up of corrective actions. The role also involves analyzing quality data, producing reports and statistics, and working on continuous improvements to processes and supplier performance. You will have many contact points and serve as an important link between the operations and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality, production, procurement, or similar field.
• Experience with quality work, deviation management, and improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in supplier quality and supplier development.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and quality monitoring.
• Experience from an international environment.
