Job Responsibilities: Manage several GAPs (Autonomous Production Groups/independent work teams). Team and performance management: Lead a team of 15–25 operators, ensure QCDP metrics are met, operationally manage production, resolve issues, support and substitute for GAP leaders. Team Development and Discipline: Daily team contact, shift planning and training, performance evaluation, ensure discipline and compliance with occupational health and safety (BOZP) regulations, continuous employee competency development. Improvement and Team Collaboration: Active participation in improvement initiatives (PSG, 5S, TPM…), communication with other Supervisors and management, lead HSE activities, train new operators, performance reporting.
