We are looking for a Manager for our studio in Göteborg We are seeking a driven and responsible person who wants to take a central role in the day-to-day operations of our studio in Göteborg. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, and enjoy combining sales, customer interaction, and administration. You need to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility for getting things done. Responsibilities • Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries • Sales and booking of customers • Follow-up on leads and existing customers • Daily administration and updating of internal systems • Work in CRM system and ensure customer information is up-to-date • Coordinate daily operations in the studio • Maintain ongoing contact with tattoo artists and the rest of the team • Contribute to the studio reaching its sales targets and working efficiently • Solve problems and make quick decisions when needed We are looking for you who • Have previous experience in sales or customer service with clear sales focus • Are communicative and comfortable interacting with different types of people • Are responsible and able to work independently • Are quick, organized, and good at prioritizing • Have good administrative skills • Are experienced with digital systems, preferably CRM systems • Have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment • Are solution-oriented and not afraid to take initiative Previous experience from the tattoo, beauty, or similar industry is a merit but not a requirement. What matters most to us is that you have the right drive, are great with people, and can combine sales with structure and responsibility.
