As a study counselor, you will conduct instruction together with other teachers or independently with one or a small number of students. Study counseling may be conducted at all school units in the municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking someone who is trained as a study counselor and/or native language teacher. You have excellent skills in both spoken and written Swedish and Kurdish Sorani or Ukrainian. You are well-versed in and understand the importance of working according to the school's governing documents and have a strong ability to organize and lead classroom work with clarity and commitment for the students' best possible development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education with a pedagogical focus is meritorious, and it is desirable that you have experience with pedagogical work in Swedish schools. You are confident in your role as a teacher and have the ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding extra adaptations so that each student can progress as far as possible in their learning development.
You have good collaboration skills and are clear in your communication.
In our operations, the law on criminal record checks (2000:873) applies. To work as a substitute teacher, you must provide an approved certificate from the criminal record registry. This can be ordered digitally from the Education Authority, e-service Polismyndigheten and must apply for work in preschools and schools.
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract.
Duration: 3-6 months.
