Your Assignment: As a Student Information Officer, you work together with your team and help Vision grow as a trade union by recruiting new student members at your educational institution. Your tasks mainly consist of giving classroom presentations and staffing information booths, as well as participating in fairs and career days. You also work with marketing and stay informed about what's happening at your specific institution. You and your team drive local operations and member growth, and receive support and coaching from your operations manager or section leader. We're looking for someone who: Is a student at Linnaeus University in Kalmar or Växjö Is social and outgoing Works well in teams Is responsible, takes initiative, and is solution-oriented Is results-driven and enjoys working toward goals Is creative We'd like it if you: Have experience in service and/or sales Have at least 1 year of studies remaining Have been or are involved in student life at your institution This is a fixed-term position on a term basis, approximately 30 hours/month. The starting salary is 145 kr/hour excluding vacation pay with opportunities for salary increases each term. We assume you share the labor union movement's values, but you don't need any prior knowledge of Vision or the union – we'll provide that. The position includes travel between Växjö and Kalmar.
