Adecco is now recruiting assemblers and production workers who want to work on an as-needed basis for our client TitanX. Requirements for the position are that you are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%. We also see that you have the ability to work regularly and can take 2-3 shifts per week, primarily with shift work.
This is a prerequisite to being an active part of our student pool for TitanX.
About the Position
As an assembler at TitanX, you will be an important part of the production of premium cooling systems for some of the world's leading heavy vehicle manufacturers. Your work tasks mainly consist of assembling components according to drawings and instructions at your workstation.
You work both independently and together with colleagues, with a focus on quality, precision, and collaboration. The work environment is characterized by high engagement and good team spirit.
The work is arranged in 2 shifts:
Day shift: Monday to Friday 06:20–14:30
Evening shift: Monday to Thursday 14:20–00:15
Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday
Shifts are booked based on the client's needs, which means you need to be flexible and available for work during both weekdays and shift work. There will also be weekend shifts.
About You
We are looking for someone who is studying or has another main occupation of at least 50%.
We would like to see that you:
Have completed upper secondary education
Have experience working in industry, production, or assembly (a merit)
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Can take in and follow safety instructions in Swedish
Are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
Enjoy working in a team but also independently
Are dexterous and have practical skills
To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, engaged, and have a positive attitude toward working in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Employment
The position is a temporary employment through Adecco where you become part of our student and temporary pool. The work takes place at TitanX in Linköping and shifts are assigned on an ongoing basis depending on the client's needs.
