Then we have the perfect position for you! We are now recruiting students who want to work as substitute teachers at Designgymnasiet in Malmö. Designgymnasiet operates four schools throughout Sweden and is the country's leading design school at the upper secondary level. They believe that curiosity, creativity, and a strong interest in design unite students and teachers, and this school educates the designers of the future. As a substitute teacher, you will be part of a substitute pool and help cover for regular teachers during sick leave/vacations. You will be responsible for teaching the classes that the regular teacher cannot attend. This will primarily involve lessons in core subjects, but also aesthetic subjects such as graphic design, fashion design, and interior design. Needs often arise with short notice, and you will primarily be called in the evening before or the morning of. Working hours are flexible and can range from a few hours per day, full day, or a shorter period according to the schedule. This gives you a good opportunity to combine the position with your studies. We need you to be available to work at least two shifts/week. You will be employed by StudentConsulting, but the work is performed on-site at Designgymnasiet in Malmö. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 8–16 and can vary within that range. The position starts immediately or as soon as we find the right person.
