We're now looking for you who want to work extra as needed in the construction industry. You don't need to have worked with concrete before – we're looking for someone who studies or has another main occupation.
Here you'll work in a factory environment where walls and building components made of concrete are manufactured for residential and other properties. You'll become part of a tight-knit team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus.
In this role, you'll work practically in production with tasks such as casting, reinforcement, finishing, and inspecting finished building components. The work is done both manually and with the support of machines and tools. Reading blueprints and attention to detail are a natural part of everyday work, as is following clear routines for quality and work environment.
The work is physical and suits you if you enjoy being active at work. Working hours may vary and day, evening, and night shifts may occur.
Work tasks:
-Participate in the manufacturing of concrete building components
-Perform practical tasks such as casting, reinforcement, and finishing
-Work according to blueprints, instructions, and safety procedures
-Ensure quality in daily production work
-Collaborate with colleagues for an efficient and safe workflow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You can work independently when required, but function equally well together with others in a team where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. You have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and easily grasp instructions, procedures, and safety regulations.
As a person, you are thorough and responsible, with a solution-oriented approach to your work. You see what needs to be done and don't hesitate to take responsibility when the situation requires it. Above all, you have the desire to learn, develop, and improve at what you do.
If you have previous experience from construction, industry, or production, that's a merit, as is if you've worked with concrete or have a bridge crane certificate or concrete training – but it's not a requirement. For us, the right attitude and commitment are more important than a perfect CV.
