A modern flexographic printing company is expanding its team and seeking staff for the position of Machine Worker / Operator. Using flexographic printing with up to ten colors, we manufacture shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive and IML labels, plastic and aluminum caps, and other paper and plastic packaging segments for major customers, particularly in the food industry. Job responsibilities: -Operation of product finishing machines and sleeve gluing machines -Cutting reels -Quality control of manufactured products Requirements: -Physical fitness -Manual dexterity and attention to detail -Active and responsible approach to work -Reliability -Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage (not a requirement) Shift work: -Continuous 12-hour operation (2x morning shifts, 2x night shifts, 4 days off) We offer: -Work in an established flexographic printing company with modern technological equipment -Thorough training and familiarization with the manufacturing process -Appropriate financial remuneration -Opportunities for professional and career development -Work on interesting projects for major customers and well-known brands Starting gross hourly rate will be determined based on abilities, experience and qualifications from CZK 144/hour. Upon hire, the employment relationship will be concluded for a fixed term of 8 months with a probationary period of 4 months, with the goal of conversion to an indefinite term.
