A modern flexographic printing company is expanding its team and is looking for a Machine Operator/Quality Inspector. Using flexographic printing with up to ten colors, we manufacture shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive and IML labels, plastic and aluminum caps, and other paper and plastic packaging segments for major customers, particularly in the food industry. Job responsibilities: -Operating a machine for rewinding and inspecting shrink labels using a stroboscope -Quality control and monitoring of the production process -Packaging of finished products -Collaboration with the production team Requirements: -Physical fitness -Manual dexterity and attention to detail -Active and responsible approach to work -Reliability -Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage (not a requirement) Shift schedule: -Continuous 24-hour operation (2 morning shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off) We offer: -Work in an established flexographic printing company with modern technological equipment -Thorough training and familiarization with the production process -Appropriate financial compensation -Opportunities for professional and personal development -Work on interesting projects for major customers and well-known brands The starting offered gross hourly wage will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications from 144 CZK/hour. After the probationary period, variable bonuses, monthly performance-based rewards, and additional personal allowances apply.
