Employment as a judicial guard - service with district courts and state prosecutor's offices in Prague. Fixed-term contract for 3 years, probationary period 6 months, followed by indefinite employment upon completion of the service examination. Upon acceptance into service, the employee completes a 3-month basic professional training course at the Prison Service Academy of the Czech Republic in Stráž pod Ralskem. Requirements: Czech citizen over 18 years of age, health, personal and physical fitness, clean criminal record. Candidates undergo psychological evaluation, initial medical examination, and physical fitness testing. Vacation 30 days, accommodation in company housing, meal allowance from FKSP funds, access to gym and fitness facilities. Salary progression after 3-month basic professional training course, recruitment bonus 150 000 Kč, stability allowance 6 500 Kč, individual performance bonuses, rewards, possibility of transfer to another service position.
