Service compensation is determined in accordance with Government Regulation No. 407/2025 Sb., on monetary benefits for members of the Prison Service, as amended by subsequent regulations. We require Czech citizenship, age over 18, minimum secondary education with graduation certificate, clean criminal record, physical, personal, and health fitness for service performance. Coordination, provision, and supervision of guard/supervisory service in single-shift or continuous service mode and comprehensive provision of guard/supervisory service while ensuring the rights and obligations of imprisoned persons in a remand prison, prison, or facility. Special allowance, stabilization allowance after probation period, 30 days of vacation, own dining facility, FKSP contribution for recreation, culture, sports, meals, free access to fitness room. Recruitment bonus of 150,000,- Kč.
