Strategic and Operational Production Planner

About the job Are you ready for a new challenge in production planning? We are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry who wants to take the next step and work with planning at both tactical and strategic levels in an exciting assignment. Responsibilities In your role, you will have a key function in production. Your main responsibilities include: Resource and capacity planning, capacity planning, buffer management and production monitoring. Optimization of inventory management and parameter settings for manufactured items. Ensuring a good balance between service level, inventory turnover rate, total cost and the actual conditions in the workshop. Who are you? Technical or economic education at university level or equivalent documented knowledge. Previous experience in planning or procurement, preferably from manufacturing industry. Good knowledge and experience with business systems. Good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Personal qualities To succeed in the role, we believe you have a structured working approach and good analytical abilities that help you balance the various demands placed on production. You enjoy taking responsibility and have the ability to see the whole picture from operational to strategic level.
