As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you work closely with operations and will be part of our procurement team. The role involves a clear strategic focus where you independently drive procurement of contracts in our work to renovate and modernize our hydropower stations. Your main areas of responsibility: Manage procurement related to investment activities within Vattenfall Hydropower Work closely with operations and ensure alignment of strategies and development of working methods Together with category owners, implement our strategic work Build and develop supplier relationships, including partnerships where commercially justified You will become part of a growing team and play an important role in an ongoing change initiative where new working methods are being established. Job Requirements We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with a strategic perspective and the ability to translate strategy into reality. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience in strategic procurement Several years of experience with contractor agreements AB04/ABT06 Academic education (e.g., engineering, economics, or law) Communication skills in both Swedish and English Valid driver's license (Category B) It is highly desirable if you also have experience with change management and experience from the energy sector.
