As a reinforcement to our team in Västerås, we are now looking for a: Store Manager Main areas of responsibility Management of the store according to New Yorker's concept Responsibility for sales, turnover and inventory Responsibility for the daily operation of the store Monitoring of key financial metrics Lead and motivate the team Training and continuous development of employees Personnel planning and scheduling Recruitment of temporary staff Personnel administration and sales administration All tasks occurring in the store Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker environment Your profile Experience in personnel management from retail Experience in personnel administration, sales administration and preferably financial responsibility High school education and preferably higher education in management, economics and/or retail and fashion At least 2 years of experience in retail and talent for sales Business-minded with focus on costs and profitability Leadership skills and ability to coach your employees Communicative, clear and responsive Structured, self-driven and organizational skills Committed and team-oriented Flexible, stress-resistant and enjoy working at a fast pace High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry Good knowledge of Swedish and English, German language skills and good Excel skills are merits We offer NEW YORKER offers you an attractive work environment with exciting challenges and plenty of room for your own ideas.
