Your responsibilities
As a support pedagogue with us, you have a varied role where practical support for customers is combined with organization-wide quality work.
In daily work, you are close to our customers and provide support and care based on individual needs. Tasks include personal hygiene and other everyday activities.
An important part of the role is to develop and ensure quality in the organization. By driving and implementing improvement work, you contribute to strengthening the organization's working methods and results. The role also includes establishing, implementing, and following up on routines, action plans, and activity descriptions.
As a support pedagogue, you also support colleagues through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing in daily work. Together with other support pedagogues, you are part of our quality group where you lead development work, conduct meetings, and work to create common working methods.
The position involves work during day, evening, and every other weekend.
Your qualifications
In this role, you meet people with different needs and life situations, which requires flexibility, responsiveness, and professional conduct. You work in a relationship-building manner and always uphold the individual's self-determination, participation, and integrity.
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining practical work with development and quality issues. You are engaged, proactive, and have the ability to inspire others.
The position requires education as a support pedagogue or other equivalent post-secondary education comprising at least 200 YH points or 60 higher education credits. Experience from LSS activities and good understanding of the target group's needs are also required. If you also have experience coaching and supervising employees, that is a plus.

Before you can be hired, we conduct a background check and you must present a valid police record.
During the interview, you need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or identity certificate together with an ID document.
