WORK TASKS
In this role, you combine care work, pedagogical support and practical tasks in daily operations to create a safe and developmental environment. You are an important role model in the activities and support colleagues in adapting support and working methods based on evidence-based methods. The assignment also includes delegated health and medical care interventions.
The work is largely activity-based, where you are together with children and colleagues in the daily work. Part of the position consists of administrative tasks, such as documentation, assessments and work with implementation plans and procedures. You also contribute support to colleagues in follow-ups and in ongoing quality work.
The role involves close collaboration with coordinators, group leaders and unit managers. You have contact with several important collaboration partners, including guardians, school, habilitation and benefits administrators, to ensure that children receive the support they need. You also accompany children on activities and outings, such as visits to the swimming pool.
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this role, you need to have a strong focus on children's needs and always put their safety, development and participation at the center. You have an education as a support pedagogue, or other education that we consider equivalent. We want you to have at least 2 years of experience with the autism target group. You need to have experience in care work and medication delegation. Good knowledge in documentation, such as risk assessment, assessment and creating implementation plans, as well as a B driver's license are requirements for the position. A recurring activity is going to the swimming pool, so you need to be able to swim and willing to swim in the pool. We believe that you really want and can contribute to both the individual's and the organization's development. Creating good relationships comes naturally to you and you treat children, relatives and colleagues professionally. You have a strong user focus and are positive in your approach.
