In Social Support, the Support Team for Social Psychiatry, we are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented support educator with responsibility for methodology supervision. Your Responsibilities As a support educator, you have a central role in developing and strengthening pedagogical work within the Support Team. You serve as a resource for colleagues on methodology issues and contribute to implementing knowledge and work methods in daily operations. Through supervision, reflection, and competence development, you create conditions for high-quality service delivery and professional interactions. You work closely with the organization and are a role model in strengthening individuals' independence, participation, and opportunities for recovery. Your responsibilities include supporting work with social documentation, implementation plans, and individualized interventions based on each person's needs, goals, and wishes. An important part of the position is quality and development work. You contribute to ensuring that routines and work methods are followed and developed in line with legislation, guidelines, and organizational goals. You participate in monitoring deviations, drive improvement efforts, and lead reflections with the work team to strengthen the quality of support we provide. In this role, you collaborate with colleagues, your supervisor, authority functions, and external partners such as psychiatry, primary care, regional authorities, and other stakeholders. Together, we create conditions for coordinated and person-centered support. Working hours vary on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is educated as a social pedagogue, support educator, or has other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and experience with social documentation and digital management systems. It is advantageous if you have experience working in social psychiatry and with individuals who have mental health disabilities, comorbidities, or complex support needs. Knowledge and experience in areas such as MI (Motivational Interviewing), IBIC, ESL, LAB, AAC, clarifying pedagogy, care and support coordination, and recovery-oriented approaches are advantageous.
