Welcome to apply to our newly built children's and youth residential home Kartografen! Kartografen will open in the fall; the date has not yet been determined. We can house children and young people between 13-17 years old. We are now seeking support assistants for permanent positions. As an applicant, you should have experience with children and young people within the LSS target group. As a support assistant, you work from the children and young people's individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. You support, guide and motivate the children and young people so they have the best conditions to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your work tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans, risk analyses and action plans. Since we are a 24-hour operation, both on-call and overnight shifts occur based on the children and young people's needs. We do not have pure night shifts. About You To succeed in this role, we see that you are clear, pedagogical and driven by helping children and young people grow and develop. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious and collaborate easily. You have the will and ability to follow the company's goals, vision and values. You are resourceful and responsive to the children and young people's needs. We are looking for someone with creativity, courage and commitment to help us build an operation that best serves our children and young people. You should genuinely enjoy working with children and young people, understand and practice low-affect interaction. What we would like from you -Have at least upper secondary education focused on treatment, behavior or some form of care and/or pedagogy. -Have worked several years within Social Services Act or LSS operations and have good knowledge of the target group. -Speak and write fluent Swedish -Have good documentation and computer skills. -Have a driver's license You should have knowledge and experience of clarifying pedagogy and low-affect interaction. At Kartografen we will work with the activity support Boet. It is a merit if you have experience with it. We place great importance on personal suitability.
