Employment contract for 1 year with possibility of extension. Minimum secondary education in construction field, construction industry experience an advantage, Class B driver's license an advantage, criminal record clearance certificate. Ensures and organizes repairs and maintenance of buildings; for contractor activities, inspects construction work performed in accordance with the Work Agreement. Maintains records of rental agreements, handles complaints on completed projects, is responsible for water management agenda, etc. Salary classification in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. as amended, salary grade 9. Opportunity to use recreational facilities in military recreation centers.
