Job Responsibilities: installation, maintenance and repair of electrical distribution systems and related equipment in various types of buildings, such as schools, hospitals, commercial facilities, residential buildings and other structures; review of drawings, wiring diagrams and standards to determine work sequence and procedures; planning the layout and installation of electrical distribution systems, electrical equipment and accessories based on customer requirements and applicable standards; inspection of electrical systems, equipment and components to identify potential hazards and defects and determine the need for adjustments or repairs; selection, cutting and connecting wires and cables to terminals and connectors; measuring and establishing main installation reference points; positioning and installing distribution panels; testing electrical circuit continuity.
