Job Responsibilities: conduct procurement processes for contractors and service providers (requests for quotes, offers, evaluation, and ordering) coordination and organization of work (external and internal) on the construction site participation in site inspections quality control and work progress monitoring maintenance of construction logs, health and safety (BOZP) and workplace safety compliance (OOPP) checks communication with clients preparation of as-built documentation other administrative and technical activities, close collaboration with the project manager Requirements: secondary or higher education in building systems engineering ability to read and understand technical documentation including drawings capability to technically lead and organize projects PC proficiency (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD advantageous) Driver's license category B English or German language skills advantageous time flexibility We Offer: competitive compensation based on education and experience interesting and diverse work responsibilities comprehensive employee benefits opportunities for further professional development company vehicle after probation period work in a dynamic team stable company environment start date available immediately/by agreement we are happy to train graduates and students gain work experience with an international company with a 100-year tradition across the entire holding participation in building strategic investment projects at international level
