We are currently expanding our team to include a colleague for the position of Construction Site Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete management and organization of construction contracts
• Monitoring compliance with technological procedures, quality of work performed, and schedule adherence
• Coordination of timely material and equipment deliveries in cooperation with the construction preparation specialist
• Recording material consumption, cost tracking, and ongoing evaluation of contract economics
• Organization and management of subcontractors, construction workers, and external suppliers
• Responsibility for quality of work performed and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communication with investors, technical supervisors, designers, and authorities
• Implemented projects primarily in Ústecký kraj - building construction, renovations, public contracts
We Require:
• Secondary or higher education in construction + 5 years of experience as a construction site manager
• ČKAIT authorization for building construction (or willingness to obtain it during the trial period)
• Ability to independently manage construction, communicate effectively, organize work, and follow through on tasks
• Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and ability to read technical drawings
• Independence, responsibility, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• User-level proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus
• Group B driver's license - active driver
