Work Location: Děčín (Ústecký kraj) A family-owned construction company based in Děčín has been operating in the market for nearly 20 years and operates primarily in northern and central Bohemia. Our work is our passion, quality is a necessity, and responsible approach is a given. We are currently expanding our team to include a colleague for the position of Construction Site Manager. Job Responsibilities: • Complete management and organization of construction contracts • Monitoring compliance with technological procedures, quality of work performed, and schedule adherence • Coordination of timely material and equipment deliveries in cooperation with the construction preparation specialist • Recording material consumption, cost tracking, and ongoing evaluation of contract economics • Organization and management of subcontractors, construction workers, and external suppliers • Responsibility for quality of work performed and compliance with health and safety regulations • Communication with investors, technical supervisors, designers, and authorities • Implemented projects primarily in Ústecký kraj - building construction, renovations, public contracts We Require: • Secondary or higher education in construction + 5 years of experience as a construction site manager • ČKAIT authorization for building construction (or willingness to obtain it during the trial period) • Ability to independently manage construction, communicate effectively, organize work, and follow through on tasks • Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and ability to read technical drawings • Independence, responsibility, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills • User-level proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus • Group B driver's license - active driver We Offer: annual bonuses up to 500,000 Kč (share of completed contracts), 5 weeks vacation, company vehicle, PC, telephone Contact: Ing.
