Position: Construction Site Manager - Ground Construction/Public Contracts Start Date: August 1, 2026, Salary: 60,000 - 90,000 CZK/month Work Location: Pražská č.p. 636, 263 01 Dobříš Contact: Tereza Toušová, e-mail: [email protected] Additional Information: We are looking for an experienced construction site manager who will take responsibility for executing construction projects from site takeover through successful handover to the investor. We are a construction and technology company, Bohemik s.r.o. In addition to technical professions, we also execute ground construction projects and public contracts for cities, municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, and other public investors. Our projects are primarily located in Prague and the Central Bohemia region. Your Job Responsibilities • Complete management of the assigned construction project from technical, organizational, and economic perspectives • Coordination of workers, subcontractors, and material suppliers • Monitoring of schedule, quality of work performed, and costs • Communication with the investor, technical supervisor, designers, and authorities • Participation in inspection days • Oversight of occupational safety and health (OSH) compliance and technological procedures • Preparation of documentation for invoicing and change orders • Collaboration with the project manager and company management Employee Benefits: Company car for personal and business use, mobile phone and laptop, interesting public contracts in Prague and the Central Bohemia region
