Given the growth of our company and the increasing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Site Manager

The result of your work will be (in cooperation with the site manager and your team) the timely completion of a construction project. All our construction sites are in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive management of construction contracts (planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction work progress)
• Coordination of subordinate employees (foremen)
• Responsibility for project results
• Management and cooperation with contractors
• Conducting negotiations with investors and other construction participants (project managers, designers, authorities, etc.)
What will be useful for you in this position:
• University or secondary education in construction, authorization in the field appreciated
• At least 5 years of experience in the field
• Category B driver's license
• PC - MS Office (Word, Excel) user level
• Ability to independently manage construction and manage a work team
• Personal approach, time flexibility, communication skills, reliability
