Contact by email HOMOLA holding s.r.o. is seeking an experienced colleague for the position of CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER with focus on civil engineering and utility networks. Job Responsibilities: - comprehensive management of assigned construction projects - coordination of all construction participants - organization of the construction site and ensuring smooth project execution - monitoring of schedule compliance, budget, quality of work performed, and project documentation - cooperation with the investor, technical supervisor, project designer's supervisor, and BOZP coordinator - coordination of suppliers and specialized trades - maintenance of construction documentation and electronic construction journal, record keeping of site workers - oversight of BOZP and fire safety regulations compliance - communication with utility network administrators, authorities, and inspection bodies - active resolution of technical and organizational issues during construction Requirements: - secondary or higher education in construction or mechanical engineering - minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position - experience with utility network construction projects an advantage (experience as construction site manager or technical supervisor for investor during utility network implementation) - ability to make independent decisions and lead a work team - user-level knowledge of construction management software - group B driving license - ČKAIT authorization an advantage - good organizational and communication skills - responsible approach, flexibility, and desire for professional development Employee Benefits: - stable foundation of a prosperous company with long-standing tradition - base salary from 70,000 Kč per month + performance bonuses and incentives based on achieved results - opportunity for professional growth, professional training, and further education - company car for private use as well - laptop and mobile phone - meal allowance - 4 weeks vacation + 5 sick days - friendly team and modern work environment Fixed-term contract for 1 year with possibility of extension
