Requirements: - Group B driver's license, - high level of ethics, strong communication skills, - budget management and planning, reading blueprints, ability to plan and organize, - experience with RTS software is an advantage, - experience in civil construction industry - required. Job Responsibilities: - assist in managing and overseeing a large construction project, - coordinate workers - work planning and scheduling, - monitor compliance with HMG standards and adherence, track project costs, - communicate with construction and material suppliers, - communicate with client, construction supervisor regarding changes and technical solutions, - communicate with colleagues on budget matters including budget preparation, - properly motivate employees Contract for 1 year with possibility of extension to indefinite term.
