Given the growth of our company and the increasing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Construction Site Manager

The result of your work will be (in cooperation with the site manager and your team) the timely completion of the construction project. All our projects are located in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
• comprehensive management of construction contracts (planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction progress)
• coordination of subordinate employees (foremen)
• responsibility for project outcomes
• management and cooperation with contractors
• conducting negotiations with investors and other construction participants (TDI, designers, authorities, etc.)
What Will Be Useful for This Position:
• university or secondary education in construction, professional certification in the field preferred
• at least 5 years of experience in the field
• driving license category B
• PC skills - MS Office (Word, Excel) at user level
• ability to independently manage construction and lead a work team
• personal approach, time flexibility, communication skills, reliability
