Position: Construction Manager Start date: Immediately or by agreement, salary: 45,000 - 55,000 CZK Work location: Novohospodská č.p. 93 Přibram IX Contact: Hřídelová Lenka Bc., tel.: 318 494 228, e-mail: [email protected] Job Details: - Performs and is responsible for comprehensive technical and organizational management of the construction site in accordance with project documentation, budget, work schedule, and occupational health and safety regulations - Plans and coordinates construction work, coordinates subcontractors - Controls compliance with project documentation, technological procedures, and work quality - Ensures site organization and material supply on site - Participates in territorial, construction, and final inspection proceedings - Collaborates with the operations department in resolving emergency situations - Prepares documentation for contracts and their processing - Conducts building inspections and evaluates projects - Maintains construction logs, accepts completed work, and reviews material and subcontractor invoices - Monitors and evaluates legislative changes in the areas of construction law, water supply and sewage law, water law, and related legislative regulations and standards - Performs additional tasks resulting from the work position according to supervisor instructions Employee Benefits: Six weeks of vacation, meal vouchers, pension plan contribution, additional employee benefits
