WORK LOCATION Hulín - according to projects within the Czech Republic
- Job Responsibilities: Organization of production on multiple construction sites, Management of assigned employee teams, Supervision of work efficiency and quality, Management and control of subcontractor companies, Monitoring project schedule compliance, Direction of construction activities according to project documentation, Maintenance of construction logs, approval of subcontractor performance, Attendance tracking at work site, Preparation of documentation for invoicing
- Requirements: minimum high school education, previous experience not required - we will train, Class B driver's license, PC skills (MS Office), communication skills, responsibility, independence and healthy self-confidence, technical aptitude, ability to read drawings, interest in personal development and willingness to work
- Company Offers: starting salary based on knowledge and experience from 40,000 Kč + variable salary component up to 20% of base salary, 5 weeks vacation, company phone / notebook / company car, meals in company facilities (employer meal allowance), free access to Haná recreational area, pension insurance contribution, 13th salary based on company financial performance
