As a Station Technician with us, you deliver professional station maintenance services in our customers' electrical installations that cover voltage intervals of 0.4–400 kV. Work within station maintenance has substantial technical content where you will primarily work with: Repairs and installation of switchgear equipment Apparatus maintenance Troubleshooting, inspections, and switching operations on switchgear apparatus Renovations and new construction of installations occur and are carried out on behalf of a project manager. Daily travel and on-call duty are natural parts of the position. When you perform your work with us, you always keep safety, environment, and economy in mind. Requirements We know you will develop together with us. But we'd like to see that you already have: Secondary education or higher in electrical, electrical power, or equivalent work experience. Good computer skills (Office suite) Class B driver's license as travel is part of the position Fluent Swedish, spoken and written It is a merit if you have: Several years of work experience in electrical power Experience from the contracting industry Experience interpreting and analyzing values on-site based on tests on switchgear apparatus such as disconnectors, circuit breakers, and transformers. Class BE driver's license Experience working with measuring equipment for maintenance and apparatus. We're looking for someone who is driven and wants to develop further within the electrical industry. You are also a responsible person with great commitment to your assignments. It is important that you take initiative easily and collaborate with colleagues and customers. You have a technical interest and are motivated by working professionally in an operation where you take significant responsibility for quality and progress.
