Job Responsibilities
o leading a team of nurses
- monitoring and assessing clients' health status
o skin condition monitoring, wound care - dressing changes
o medication preparation and administration
o communication with general practitioners and other medical specialists
o monitoring clients' mental status, maintaining records and consulting with psychiatrists
o conducting psychotherapy in collaboration with social workers during daily client visits
o performing nursing visits and regular medical procedures
o maintaining nursing health documentation, developing client care plans and informing caregivers about client care procedures and content
o recording and securing approval of procedures with health insurance companies
o maintaining a planning calendar for client visits to specialist medical consultations and planning medical procedures
We Require
o complete secondary education
o S3 specialization is an advantage
