LM-Ställningsservice is seeking experienced and dedicated scaffolders Are you looking for varied, physical work where safety and teamwork are the priorities? We at LM are growing and are now looking for more scaffolders for our projects in Western Sweden. About the role As a scaffolder with us, you will work with the installation, removal, and modification of various types of scaffolding for construction and industrial projects. Your workdays will be varied and require a strong focus on safety, planning, and excellent team collaboration. Location: Göteborg/Lerum Scope: Full-time (Daytime) Employment type: Permanent position (we use a probationary period) Start date: By agreement / Immediate Your main responsibilities Install and dismantle building scaffolding and weather protection systems. Read and work according to drawings and assembly instructions. Conduct safety and risk analyses at the workplace. Transport, load, and unload scaffolding materials. Qualifications Professional certificate or training certificate in scaffolding (over 9 meters). B driver's license (C driver's license or BE driver's license is a plus). Good physical condition and comfort working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions. Swedish in speech and writing (for safe communication on the workplace).
