WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE
Together with the store manager, you're responsible for optimizing the store's routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results.
You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment.
You support the store manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team.
You conduct sales training with store employees.
You're happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed, from merchandise receiving to sales.

Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team
