WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE Together with the store manager, you are responsible for optimizing the store's routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results. You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment. You support the store manager by communicating with, leading, and coaching the store team. You conduct sales training with employees in the store. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed, from receiving goods to sales. Efficiency and composure, even in stressful situations. A results focus and a drive to always improve. You enjoy having a day off midweek so you can be ready for customers and your team at work during the weekend. A desire to develop in your leadership.
