Beehem AB is a local company. We are based in Fagersta. Your Responsibilities As a work supervisor with us, you have an important role in our operations. You have personnel responsibility for employees in the field, and your role is to lead and allocate daily work while ensuring that tasks are completed on time and maintain high quality. The role includes scheduling, onboarding, training, and follow-up for your team members. You work operatively and are visible and engaged in daily operations. You are responsible for the entire process, from orders and planning to ensuring and monitoring work so that results meet customer expectations and our standards for service, quality, and reliability. Support the board in understanding customers' actual situations, maintain current customers, and identify new customers. Report monthly business performance and create business plans for the company. Your Profile We are looking for a service-oriented and relationship-building person who leads and allocates work in a stable and structured manner and takes responsibility for smooth daily operations.
