We are seeking committed and development-focused ST doctors for several health centers within the Close Care area.
Within Primary Care in Region Örebro County, we coordinate the recruitment process for prospective ST doctors in general medicine, which allows you to apply for your position several times per year. After submitting your application, you will be contacted by the recruitment coordinator to discuss any special preferences regarding workplace or place of residence. You will also have early contact with our study directors who can tell you more about our health centers and ST training.
We have 22 health centers distributed throughout the county where we are responsible for the full primary care mandate for our residents. This means broad and varied operations with excellent opportunities to develop within the broad spectrum of general medicine. With us, you can combine proximity to university hospital care with the opportunity to work in more rural environments. This provides great variety in patient encounters, while you have access to specialist expertise and resources from the hospital when needed.

As an ST doctor, you will encounter a wide variety of patients and medical issues. The work includes scheduled and acute clinic visits, follow-ups, telephone consultations, and digital care meetings. You work closely with experienced specialist doctors and together with nurses, rehabilitation staff, and other professional groups. You will be assigned a personal mentor and receive regular supervision. Beyond this, there is strong support through our study director organization which helps plan rotations and coordinates recurring ST seminars and other important training activities. Qualifications
You must be a licensed physician. Swedish language skills at level C1 are required. A B driver's license is desirable. If you have experience leading or coordinating groups, that is a merit. As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have good judgment. You have drive and commitment to your work and a good ability to collaborate with other professionals. It is important that you are unpretentious, curious to learn new things, and view constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work for your own and others' development.
