Our Offer Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers in the evenings and weekends, and General Medicine Training Center. Region Östergötland's ST training in general medicine is organized by the General Medicine Training Center (AMC), where study directors and training secretaries coordinate side training, arrange courses and training, and participate in developing the ST doctor's training plan. Job Description As an ST doctor with us, you will receive regular supervision, and in addition to attending ST meetings, you will have the opportunity to participate in training together with other junior doctors, AT doctors, and ST doctors at the health center. The health center has well-functioning structures and good access to specialist-competent doctors for daily supervision. Vårdcentralen Mantorp has a recognized excellent reputation and is located in the center of Mantorp, a 2-minute walk from the commuter station. With Östgötapendeln it takes you 13 minutes to travel to Linköping and 7 minutes to Mjölby. Mantorp is a community on the Östgöta plain with approximately 4,000 residents, and with the surrounding countryside, it means that the health center has approximately 7,400 registered patients. The health center is very well-functioning with good finances and stable staffing and always ranks high in patient and employee surveys. For a few years now we have been working according to the "Mantorp Model," a team-based approach where a doctor and a nurse work together with a shared patient list and have their own TeleQ number, among other things. About You You are a licensed doctor and hold a medical license issued by Socialstyrelsen, as well as Swedish language skills corresponding to a documented level C1, as you must be able to communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues without hindrance. If you have not completed AT or have approved Basic Competence according to BT, there is the possibility to do BT during the first year of employment. You have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. We want you to be unpretentious and enjoy working in a team.
