As an ST doctor with us, you will receive: 550 listed residents as a full-time ST doctor when you are midway through your ST, and as a newly qualified specialist doctor, 1100 listed residents. We expect that you are seeking primary care because you are interested in the breadth of the specialty of general medicine and can envision a future in primary care. As an ST doctor with us, you will receive weekly scheduled supervision. Theoretical education includes ST meetings one day per month, numerous courses, and in-house continuing education at the health center with the doctor team. There will also be opportunities to participate in larger national conferences. Vårdcentralen Linghem is located in the community of Linghem with proximity to both Linköping city center and Norrköping city center. With commuter traffic, you can reach Linköping in seven minutes and Norrköping in 20 minutes. The health center has approximately 6,800 listed patients, coming from both urban and rural areas. Services include pediatrics, acute care, and elderly care. We are responsible for a residential care facility (SÄBO) and home healthcare. Vårdcentralen Linghem is the small health center with big opportunities. We actively engage in quality and change management work. The health center is staffed with general medicine specialists, doctors in training, district nurses, nurses, nurse assistants, administrative staff, a dietitian, a social worker, and a rehabilitation coordinator, and has access to a well-equipped laboratory. Our goal is for the health center to be an attractive workplace by promoting a work environment that provides balance between work and private life. The health center is actively engaged in various improvement initiatives that promote patient satisfaction and a good work environment. Work team We are approximately 28 employees at the health center who work well together in an open work environment. The medical clinic consists of four specialist doctors and two ST doctors. About you You are a licensed doctor and hold a medical license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). You have Swedish language skills equivalent to a documented level C1, as you must be able to communicate unimpeded with patients, family members, and colleagues. If you have not completed AT or do not have approved Basic Competence (BT), there is an opportunity to complete BT during the first year of employment. Experience working in primary care is meritorious. As a person, you have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. We want you to be unpretentious and enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Perhaps you are already an ST doctor with some experience.
