We are now looking for an SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) who wants to help ensure quality in our supply chain – and at the same time grow together with us at Rototilt. In your role as SQE with us, your work tasks will include: · Working to develop suppliers and supplier relationships · Driving and documenting root cause investigations · Driving and documenting non-conformance cases · In collaboration with relevant functions, ensuring that sample test results are handled, documented and communicated with relevant stakeholders · Ensuring that inspection reports to suppliers are handled and communicated with relevant stakeholders · Actively supporting supplier monitoring and development processes · In consultation with relevant functions, decide on and implement updates or development of governing documents · Communicating with supplier representatives and, if necessary, other stakeholders You have a technical education or equivalent experience and express yourself fluently in Swedish and English. You may be at the beginning of your career or ready for the next step. The most important thing is your interest in technology and your willingness to develop within quality and supplier work. As an SQE at Rototilt, you work closely with procurement, quality and production. You receive a good introduction, support from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to grow into the role.
