This is a property management position in Špindlerův Mlýn and Vrchlabí Routine maintenance, minor construction work, grounds upkeep, and snow removal during winter months. Electrical trade certification is an advantage, not a requirement. Job Responsibilities: - Routine maintenance of our hotels and other properties - Minor construction work - Grounds maintenance in summer, snow removal in winter Requirements: - Manual dexterity - Driver's license B with driving experience - Electrical trade certification is an advantage, not a requirement - Minimum secondary vocational education (apprenticeship) - Clean criminal record - Responsibility - Reliability We Offer: - Salary in the range of 28 - 32 tis.
