I am looking for an independent and technically skilled facility manager for a commercial complex. The job includes regular inspection of the technical condition of buildings, communication with tenants, organizing repairs and maintenance work, coordinating suppliers, overseeing the maintenance of buildings, outdoor areas, and landscaping. The position also includes minor maintenance and handcraft work (such as masonry repairs, faucet and battery replacements, equipment repairs, assembly work, painting, and other routine repairs), basic landscaping care including proper plant watering and condition monitoring. I expect the ability to plan work independently, technical thinking, manual skills, reliability, attention to detail, a valid driver's license (category B), and basic computer literacy. Experience in property management, building maintenance, or construction work is a plus. This position is suitable for a student or retiree. The position is intended for candidates who are able to take responsibility for the assigned complex, work independently, and actively prevent operational problems without requiring daily supervision.
