IT/Network and Security Administrator (MS Technologies)

Description:

Job Description: The primary responsibility is managing company infrastructure, administering servers on Microsoft platform (Windows Server), managing and developing Active Directory, network management (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall), ensuring cybersecurity (antivirus, endpoint security, backup, updates). Additionally, managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Online, SharePoint, Teams), user support (helpdesk, incident resolution), oversight of backup and disaster recovery, collaboration with external IT vendors. Expected Knowledge and Skills: - Minimum high school education. - Experience with IT management in a company (preferably small/medium-sized firm). - Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem. - Ability to manage networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). - Basic understanding of IT security. - Advantage: cloud experience (Azure), virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware). - Clean criminal record. - Active and responsible approach, independence and collaboration skills.
