Job Responsibilities: - ensuring smooth and secure operation of servers and computer networks - detecting, identifying, and resolving problems - configuring and maintaining backup processes - maintaining documentation for assigned systems - providing technical support to end users - preparing and deploying equipment at customer sites and providing service as needed - conducting regular in-person visits to customers and business meetings Requirements: - advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (both desktop and server) - detailed understanding of how computers and other hardware function - in-depth knowledge of computer networking principles - valid driver's license (Category B) - active driver - communication and sales skills - reliability, independence, and responsibility - clean criminal record
