Responsibilities - Inspect building condition and technical systems; - Arrange routine repairs, maintenance, and inspections; - Communicate with service providers and contractors; - Prepare minor investment projects and renovations; - Develop cost estimates and quotes, and review invoices; - Oversee execution of construction and technical work; - Maintain technical documentation for the building; - Track defects, requests, and their resolution; - Monitor maintenance budget for the school complex; - Develop technical sections of investment proposals; - Coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities for the school facility.
