As store manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's sales, results, and staff. You lead and plan daily operations with a focus on staffing, inventory flow, merchandising, and customer experience. At the same time, you're a natural part of the shop floor. You meet customers, inspire your colleagues, and lead through your own commitment. For you, it comes naturally to take responsibility, make decisions, and create a culture where people thrive, develop, and perform together.
We believe you are a positive and unpretentious leader with strong personal drive. You enjoy working toward clear goals and are motivated by creating results together with others. We're looking for someone with retail experience, preferably in a leadership role. If you also have a genuine interest in sports, training, or outdoor life, you'll feel at home with us. You don't need to know everything about our product range from the start—what matters most is that you're curious, engaged, and want to continue developing.
