The growth creates opportunities and we are now seeking driven and customer-focused Waste Tanker Drivers for XR Miljöhantering based in the Skövde area. Description: As a Waste Tanker Driver, you will work in a great team providing suction and flushing-related services to customers, primarily in wastewater maintenance. The work is performed for private individuals, companies, and municipalities. In this role you will work closely with our local transport management, and some of your tasks will include: Perform flushing, cleaning, etc. of sewage lines, inspection chambers, basins, etc. Perform flushing in properties. Transport grease from grease separators and sludge from treatment plants. Transport of suctioned liquids. Ensure that vehicle maintenance is performed monthly and as needed. Responsible for washing and cleaning the vehicle. Of course, you are always ready to meet customer inquiries and the opportunities they present on-site. Qualifications & Merits: We are looking for someone with previous experience as a driver who now wants to develop further. You are service-oriented and have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on customer interaction—you must be skilled at meeting customers in various situations, demonstrate patience, and be able to explain in an accommodating manner. The work requires you to have a service mindset and enjoy working in a structured way. It is a merit if you have previously driven a flushing truck or sludge truck. Requirements: Valid C and CE driving licenses, valid YKB license. ADR basic and ADR tank certifications are merits. Criminal record check will be conducted upon employment. Permanent, with 6 months probation. Working Hours and Salary: Normal working day is Monday to Friday between 07:00–16:00; evening shifts may occur. Fixed salary according to collective agreement (Miljöarbetaravtalet). On standby duty, emergency callouts may be required 24/7.
