About the Position We are now seeking an engaged and solution-oriented freight forwarder/transport planner for DFDS Automotive. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering transportation, ensuring a high service level for our customers, and contributing to an efficient and well-functioning flow throughout the entire transport chain! Key Responsibilities: Plan and administer transportation based on customer needs and internal processes Identify, follow up, and optimize customer flows to ensure efficiency and quality Deliver high service and support in every customer interaction with a focus on long-term relationships Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transportation flow Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operation On-call duty may be part of the position. About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where the pace is sometimes high and multiple processes run simultaneously. You are service-oriented, structured, and have a good ability to prioritize and make decisions.
