To our office in Göteborg, we're now looking for you who wants to become our new road freight forwarder. Someone who wants to learn and contribute to the positive spirit we're building together.
About your new role: As a road freight forwarder, you'll be part of a driven team where you work with both import and export of goods by road. Your day will be filled with price inquiries, customer service, and building customized solutions for our customers. All of this within a set framework, but with great freedom. You follow up on transports, ensure everything runs smoothly, and provide proactive information to your clients. You're also part of a rotating on-call schedule outside regular working hours, as we in the segment need to be available to customers 24/7.
We're looking for you with an indomitable solution-oriented approach, who wants to take responsibility for your deliveries, but can also ask for support when you need it. In short, you're born to work in logistics. Maybe you're the one who checks the vehicle's weight capacity before promising to help your friend move? And "we'll sort it" is your standard answer to most things.

Here's what you bring with you:
Experience from the transport industry, preferably as a freight forwarder, transport manager, or similar role with customer contact
You are computer proficient and learn new systems quickly
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English
You are helpful, humble, and open to learning new ways of working
Education in logistics or transport is a merit
