The initial employment contract will be concluded for 1 year with the expectation of extension to an indefinite period. The role involves direct pedagogical work with preschool-age children with special educational needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing pedagogical documentation, diagnosing children's needs, creating school educational programs, participating in team meetings, and close collaboration with parents. We require teamwork ability, willingness to learn, communication skills, openness, and a sense of humor. Prior experience is welcome but not required.
